Motel Facilities
All our units are on the ground level with parking in front, providing easy and convenient access from your car straight into your room. The units are spacious with private, sunny, furnished courtyards. The concrete linings ensure that all units are perfect quiet for undisturbed work and a peaceful night's sleep.
Fairley is located right beside the beach and the beautiful Ahuriri Estuary. After your day out and about or at work you can go for an invigorating walk or swim at the beach, a relaxing stroll through the estuary, or just sit outside in one of our courtyards to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
We are within a 10-minute walk to more than 15 top Hawke's Bay restaurants, and we have a 'charge-back' facility with a number of them as well as an arrangement with the Thai Chef and Indigo Restaurant who will deliver a top-quality meal to your suite.

Stayed here as I was passing through on my way to Wellington. It was a nice surprise. I was greeted by Hugh and he was great. Funny gentleman. The room was clean and well stocked with amenities. The coffee was great too. Beautiful, quiet location near the water. I would recommend staying here any time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Loved everything about our stay here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and the kids loved the spa bath. We enjoyed a few walks to the ocean just down the road. Would definitely stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed for two nights in a clean and tidy modern studio with a lovely private outdoor entertaining space. I would recommend staying in the back wing of the motel, it was nice and peaceful there. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We only stop over for a few days at a time. Other places that suited our budget were noisy due to location and patrons. This was an awesome place. Really quiet, centrally located, very clean and staff are very friendly. This is our new preferred place in Napier. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had a lovely experience here. The lady at the front counter was absolutely lovely and so helpful. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and we loved the outdoor patio area to relax in the sun. Will definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
