Situated at the northern gateway to Napier and Hawke's Bay's playground, Fairley Motor Lodge is located at Westshore Beach. Access to and from Hawke's Bay Airport and State Highway 2 Expressway is around 1.2kms from our gate. The historic village of Ahuriri and its well-known restaurants and bars, Napier's CBD and the wider Hawke's Bay region are all within easy reach too.
Adjacent to Westshore Beach, head over for a swim, or you might want to go stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking in the estuary on the other side.
We are also located right on a wonderful cycle trail: head through the wetlands and on to a selection of well-known wineries, or over the bridge into Ahuriri and Napier's City and beyond.

Explore the unique Ahuriri Estuary Walking Track Wildlife Reserve in Westshore Napier, just across the road from us at Fairley Motor Lodge - it's right on our doorstep! A Department of Conservation reserve the estuary offers you a view of a community of wading birds, fish, mud dwellers and aquatic plant life from the track and boardwalk. Over 70 species of resident and migratory waterbirds use the estuary as a feeding and resting area.
