At Fairley Motel in Napier, we pride ourselves on providing quality service in a friendly environment.

We are your hosts, Jane & Hugh Gordon, and have over 12 years' experience managing motels in the Napier area, together with a long history of work as dedicated service providers in a variety of other industries and professions. Hugh is a former lawyer and Jane a pharmacist.

Our enthusiasm and dedication to you as a guest means we strive to be wonderful hosts, always ready to provide you with assistance and excellent service in a relaxed, happy environment. After many years of living and working in the Napier area, we have extensive local knowledge which we are always delighted to share with our guests.

We are strong supporters of environmental and sustainability initiatives and have achieved the Qualmark Silver Enviro Award, alongside our Qualmark 4-Star Plus host and facility rating.

To provide all our guests in Napier with terrific service and comfortable accommodation (and many a good laugh), we are supported by a great team on staff.
